Only you know what it is that is not serving you. Negative thoughts. Guilt. Blame. Whatever it is-today is the perfect day to let it go. Realize that it's not who you are and it's not feeding your well-being. It's okay to feel it. But then let it go. One way to do this is by taking a deep breath in, acknowledging the feeling or thought and a long breath out, visualizing it leaving you. You'll be left with space for only positive thoughts and emotions.
This week, take a quiet moment to really investigate the things that don't feed your happiness. It might be that something makes you feel uneasy and uncomfortable (in a not-so-good way). Or perhaps it's something that brings out negative emotions. Or maybe it's creating self-defeating thoughts in your mind. Whatever is not creating only pure joy within you, and is instead interfering with positive thoughts and emotions, let it go.
Another constructive way to create positive out of what is not serving you is to let them be your teacher and guide. We can often learn more about ourselves and others if you let the things that are not serving you be messengers instead of a part of you. Acknowledge and listen to them, but don't own them.
Investigate what it is that is not serving you. Using our first intention, smile at it, take a deep breath in, then a long breath out, watch it leave you. You are left with only happy spaces and a blissful mind.
