- Sunflower butter banana has very smooth and creamy texture due to significant proportion of sunflower seed butter, little crunch is added by sunflower seed garnish. Banana flavor is very delicate, which is fine for me because I do not like bananas but I like the sunflower butter banana truffle! I really appreciate brown rice syrup as a sweetener in this truffle.
