Pure cocoa bliss has very smooth and creamy texture, its taste is clean and mild, cocoa nibs add a new aspect to this truffle, wild and crunchy. I really like these two opposite sides of this truffle. Once I received it without cocoa nibs and I realized how much better this truffle is with them!
