Traveling this summer? This energizing DIY nutrient-dense breakfast will travel perfectly in your purse or carry on! Make it at home, place in a reusable travel container and just add water or plant-based milk when ready to eat🍴Makes approximately two servings or 2 cups
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
- 1 Tbsp hemp seed
- 2 tsp cacao nib
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: dash of sea salt, maca or lacuma powder.
Add all ingredients to a grinder or blender. Blend until a powder like consistency. Store in container for a power breakfast-on-the-go!
