Hey instagram friends! The answer to our question “True or False, an Almond is a nut” is ………….

FALSE!!  In fact almonds are classified as seeds from Almond trees!

Now when most people think of seeds (or nuts) they are thinking about them as a protein source. But like most sources of plant based protein, you are getting so much more!
