Shipping Procedures For Your Chocolate Delivery
We ship orders out Monday-Wednesday during the warm summer months (June through September) to prevent chocolates from traveling over the weekend and to ensure safe delivery. From October through May we ship orders Monday through Thursday.
Any order received before 12p EST will be sent out the same day. Orders received after 12p EST will not be shipped until the next day. Orders placed after 12p EST Wednesday during the summer will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed after 12p EST Thursday from October through May will be shipped the following Monday.
To have an order arrive the next day please select ‘Overnight’ in the shipping options.
We use USPS Priority Mail as our carrier. If your package does not arrive at its final destination on time due to USPS (ie, unexpected bad weather) Nicobella Organics cannot be held responsible.
If the ‘Overnight’ option is not selected, packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail which typically arrives within 2 days (from date shipped) but may take up to 3 days in rural areas.
Shipping During Warm Months and to Warm Weather Destinations
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we take special care to ensure the delivery of your chocolates in perfect condition.
Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. From May to September, we take extra precautions and ship with cold packs to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates.
If the temperature is 80 degrees or higher we strongly recommend selecting overnight shipping so that your chocolates arrive in tact.
We use Authoize.net as our third party billing. All of your information is kept confidential. Your credit card information is not saved in their system or Nicobella Organics' system. We do not share your personal information (name, email, address, phone number) with any other third party.
We guarantee you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase of nicobella truffles. If you aren't - for any reason - simply return your order within one week of receipt or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
